M44 Beehive cluster
This was my first attempt at a deep sky object.
It was taken with my modified Toucam pro, ETX90 with 25mm
EP and afocal adapter.
15 - 15sec. exposures Toucam Pro SC2

M44 Beehive cluster
This was taken the same night as the above and shows the
magnitudes of some of the dimmer stars.
12 - 20 sec exposures Toucam Pro SC2

M13 Hercules globular cluster
This was the first DSO with my new 8" SCT and Vixen
SP mount. A huge difference over my old ETX!
15 - 20 sec exposures Toucam Pro SC2

M51 Whirlpool galaxy
This is my first galaxy attempt. There are some
star trailing effects, as I had not got all of my mounts
periodic error taken care of yet.
6 - 60 sec exposures. gain 85%. I had to do some fairly
heavy post processing to bring out the structure in the
spiral arms.

M57 Ring nebula
The Ring nebula in Lyra is a very colorful planetary
nebula. This shot was taken with my C8 with a F/4 focal
reducer. There are some PE effects in this shot as well.
60 -15 sec exposures, gain 70%.

M3 Globular cluster
This gloublar cluster was imaged with my C8 with
a focal reducer at about F4. I have resolved many of my
PE problems, and didnt have to toss out many frames at all!
15 - 15sec exposures, gain 60%

M82
This bright edge on galaxy is located in Ursa Major.
It was imaged with the same setup as M3, but many more frames.
60 - 15sec exposures, gain 70%

M57 Ring nebula
This is my best shot of M57. You can easily make
out the 14th magnitude central star. I imaged it at prime
focus of my C8, with the new lxd55 motors.
42 - 30sec exposures, gain 65%
